Mr. Be Chantra
BE Chantra is currently a Social Networking Manager of SPICE program, a USAID funded project. He is also one of the organizer of MobileCamp Asia Phnom Penhand FOSSASIA Phnom Penh. He had organized and participated in many local events and workshops such as the Blogger Summit,
Startup Weekend Cambodia, TechCamp Phnom Penh, Clogger Corner, Personal IT workshop, youth camps, alltopbrand etc. His goal has been to promote the effective use of technology tools for individual, organization and businesses. He has worked on the organization of private events and campaigns that require social mobilization. Beside event management he is also an online content, social media and marketing specialist. He had led the Sabay social media & marketing team and turned the sabay.com.kh website into a well-known online content provider in Cambodia.
Mr. Bun Tharum
A prolific blogger since 2004, Tharum Bun is currently a web consultant. He makes beautiful website/weblog for small businesses and individuals. His works include Asian Correspondent, The Phnom Penh Post and Voice of America.
In 2008, he initiated the very first tech conference BarCamp Phnom Penh, which has now become the regular meeting of Cambodian tech enthusiasts.
Mrs. Suy Channe
Channe Suy is a Product Owner and leads the InSTEDD iLab SEA,a technology NGO focused on design and development of open source software for health and disaster management for vulnerable populations. She is also a co-founder of ShareVisionTeam, a grassroots team of Cambodian developers sharing real-world software engineering practices, skills and technologies with the developer community in Cambodia.
Ms. Heng Chantheng
HENG Chantheng is the Deputy Chief of Party of the USAID-funded SPICE program (Structuring Partnerships for an Innovative Communication Environment) in Cambodia, a program housed at the Open Institute NGO. Prior to this tasks she was the deputy program director of the KhmerOS and Open Schools Programs, assuming full responsibility for planning, monitoring and evaluation. She worked closely with the Ministry of Education, coordinating the drafting and budgeting of the National Master Plan for ICT in Education. She was also at the time the pro-bono Secretary of ICT:CAM (the Cambodian ICT Association), becoming very familiar with the ICT and Communications industry and their players.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Puthisastra (2008, Phnom Penh, Cambodia) and a Master’s Degree from the University of Trento (2012, Trento, Italy).
Mr. Sok Pongsa Metrey
SOK Pongsametrey, Engineering Manager for Java Projects in Nokor GROUP. Metrey holds client-facing responsibilities on both domestic and international projects. He is endowed with natural ingenuity, embracing challenges and enjoying dealing with these with determination. He is also keen engaging in community initiatives; His goal is to promote IT community in Cambodia with a dream of a great opensource distributed code to the globe.

Mr. Sam Sakada
Sakada is an MBA graduate in Cambodia and a candidate for a Master of SMEs Development in New Zealand. Currently, he is a business development consultant and a highly sought after self-development trainer who has delivered customized training for various NGOs and businesses. His specialized courses include strategic planning, goal setting, team building and leadership. He is also a co-founder of SmallWorld, social collaborative workspace, and a founder of www.khmerenterprises.com, aiming to support and partner with local startups (*studentrepreneurs) in Cambodia.
Mr. Keo Oudom
Oudom has a BBA in Management Information Systems from the National University of Management (NUM) and
a Master of Business Administration from Asia Euro University (AEU). Oudom is passionate about transferring skills and
developing people and since 2001, has developed and delivered a wide variety of lectures and training modules in the field of information technology and business at AEU. Oudom joined HRINC in 2007 as Assistant Training Director. He was responsible for designing and facilitating training for both the public and private sectors in Khmer and English Language. He had moved to a couple positions in a few companies within the last 5 years from Training Manager to Sales Manager. His last job was Channel Sales Manager at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Oudom Keo founded Porpok Venture Co., Ltd. in 2012 in Phnom Penh. His passion for sharing how web technology, mobile gadgets and social networks were transforming people interactions and reshaping cultures drive him to create what would become www.porpok.com
